Zoe's 21st!

It's so hard to believe we are turning 21 already. I still remember our Secondary school days and we were only 16 then?! How time flies...

Trips

Planning which countries to visit in the next couple of years.

Tokyo next mid-year with Eldest sis but I am still considering because of her sleeping habits... Yes I am super fussy. Korea perhaps in 2017 lol with the best-friend after my graduation from uni and her holiday break from uni. Hmm as for this year, there is not much going on. BKK in May and maybe HK towards the end of the year but this trip does not have high chances of happening. Supposed to have a long trip in June but Mum couldn't make it.

The start of 2015 hasn't been good for me, I think I said this before. But I am trying to count my blessings and stay positive in life :)

Dayre has been fun and interesting thus far! I also wrote some thoughts about the passing away of our Founding Father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew. Which made me really start to ponder upon the life I have been leading up till now.

It's really like a dead space here... No motivation to update at all?!! Hahaha. Everytime I want to, the moment I saw the amount of photos I have to transfer to dropbox my heart was like "No no, you have better things to do than waste your time on transferring photos". Lol. Merely excuses, I know.

So I created Dayre!! It's much more convenient and what's fun is when I am bored I can update through my phone! I think my username is pretty easy to guess lol. Not sure how long is this going to last though. Have a feeling that space will be "dead" as well after I get over how convenient it is to update through the app. But anyway, for now I will be updating there more often haha. 

I wonder how should I differentiate the posts there and here.. But who cares, only my friends read it so I shall just post whatever I want and like :)

Meanwhile, I'm counting down to the end of March!!! May please faster come 求求你。As for April.., I'm just looking forward to my 1 week break from work. I still miss school honestly ):

Steamboats

The good thing about steamboat is you get to eat a variety of food at one go but the downside is you tend to overeat. But what is overeat/diet/fat during cny?!! Hahahaha. I enjoy eating steamboat outside with my friends or relatives because I can see what food they prepare. Sometimes I would discover new food which I never try or see before for steamboat and I can then buy and share with my Family. But the main point is steamboat brings people together. Bonding over food. Anyway, credits to Serene for introducing me CP prawn dumplings last year and Fish cake wrapped with roe(?) this year hehe. So yummy!! Pics below :)

Steamboat + Bbq, how awesome is that? I think the pot in the middle became redundant because we were barbecuing almost 100% of the food lol. It was so good!!! Hot crispy yums. I think we only threw seaweed, vegs and meat dumpling into the soup.

Serene's house for steamboat!! Spot the CP prawn dumplings. I think you will see this. Thank you for inviting me!!! Thank you for buying cheese tofu as well :) I enjoyed that night soooo much.

So I tried this cute triangle shaped fish cake thing and it was so delicious!!!

There's egg inside but I spotted roe too! Shall add this to my list of ingredients for next year's cny steamboat at home hehe.

Oh another goodie that I found! Peanut sugee/cookie(?) which has peanut filling in it!! Brought back a few lolol and a few other goodies as well hahaha thank you for offering me to bring home some :')

Left this space untouched for 3 weeks already?! My phone have so many photos that I don't know where should I begin with... Anyway here're some snapshots on what I did in the last few weeks of 2014!

Did I post this before?? Hahaha I honestly can't remember. Searched through my previous post and I didn't saw any similar photos. 

I had Marche for so many times it's beginning to get pointless taking pics of the same food again... Lol. 

I loveeeee their Pork Knuckle!! It's the best I ever had!! Super crispy and the meat is so tender, it's a must-have everytime I visit Marche!

Looks like what I posted previously yeah? Hahaha.

But no, I will never get sick of you my Tiramisu Ice-cream.

 Dinner with my pri sch best-friend and we're finally going to Town together!! No more Lot One hehe.

I love Macarons too!!! The ones from TWG has tea infused in the filling and it's damn cheap too! For their brand haha. For $2/pc only, I'd rather buy this than the ones from Pique Nique, Delifrance ($2.50/pc!!) etc..

Finally tried Nando's!! Mad love the sauces available I want to go back again! My limit is the Hot peri-peri haha. After the meal, my tongue actually felt like the first layer of skin(?) had dropped off lol think I had too much sauce oops.
