Feels weird without any individual shots of the fries and pizza.

Supply & Demand
Updating this space after so long... Tried typing a few words for a post but I always end up drafting or deleting it. Changed my phone recently and I just found out only I forgot to transfer some of my food photos ): Even forgot to transfer photos taken with the best-friend... But I know I will go back to Supply & Demand again because their food is quite delicious!! Though the pizza wasn't warm/hot enough but their truffle fries is a MUST TRY!!! Planning another visit for the pasta this time round :)

Happy Holidays!!
Feeling so carefree and happy everyday now because my two months break is finally here!!! You know how much I "suffered" in school before this? I totally deserve this break, is what I keep telling myself hehe. Good news just keep coming to me too! Waiting for my Rugby 7s pay now, getting a new phone this week(hopefully there's stock!), got myself a part-time job which pays well hehe and my second favourite month is coming real soon!! CHRISTMAS! Sooo excited!!! Seeing the dazzling decorations at Orchard and my home just makes me feel so blissful :) Oh and the little things as well... :)
And what makes me most happy in any situation..? Food.
And what makes me most happy in any situation..? Food.
Place: Golden Mile Thien Kee Steamboat Restaurant
Their chicken rice is to die for!! My family would order the steamboat as well but I normally would just "attack" the chicken rice because it's just too good to resist! Better than the steamboat in my opinion :)
Place: Chinatown Hawker Centre
Heard from my parents Yishun's "Or Jian" is the best which I agree too, tried before. But we seldom go there, so I always settle for this since I am at Chinatown almost every Sunday. Lots of garlic with the right amount of saltiness. A stall located beside a famous duck rice, thai food and double-boiled soup.
Didn't know Pizza Hut's Big Box is actually really BIG?! Super worth!!
My usual brunch whenever I am in JB :)
My must order absolute favourite dish in the restaurant!! It's call "Fen Pi". SO GOOD.
Place: Santouka Hokkaido Ramen, The Central.
I was extremely disappointed because the noodles were not chewy at all and the soup base was different from what I'd expected. To be fair, I was comparing to the bowl I had in Hokkaido and I promise, that bowl was by far THE BEST ramen I have ever eaten!!! Chewy yellow ramen with miso soup... *salivates* But honestly I have yet to try the many famous ramen shops in Sg and also Ichiran so I shall stay positive for now because I doubt I will be heading to Hokkaido in the near future ):
Pork cheeks are good though! Soft and flavourful.
The eggs did not disappoint as well! But is the yolk suppose to be more runny?
Place: PARK, Holland Village.
Didn't know HV was in the West... HAHA. Will be heading back soon to try other cafes/restaurants situated there!!!
Truffle Fries - $11.
The only other truffle fries I tried before was at Timbre so I can't really compare. Don't think it's fantastic but alright.
Mentaiko Cream Pasta - $18.90
Kind of disappointed in the sauce.. But it's still a good plate of pasta.
Truffled Mac n Cheese - $13+
This is good though! It's better to share not because it will be filling(but yes it's going to very filling), but because I think you will feel 'jelat' after awhile.
Duo Pork Belly - $15+
Hmm I normally don't go to cafes because they have similar prices as those fancier restaurants but one good thing is that their dishes are more creative? But I still can't help but feel that I am being charged extra every single time haha. Except for the Mac n Cheese above since it's so cheap already..

Ending with a photo of Grandpa. He just got discharged from the hospital after a month. Please get well soon ok? Or at least, become stronger and stay happy. You are in my prayer every night, love you Ah Gong :)
