I really love Jap food!!!! Pasta still comes first though HAHA. But I've been craving for Jap food more than Pasta recently! Actually I crave more for Salmon Mentai and Ramen rather than Sushi.
Met up with Genevieve and Serene on Thursday to do some shopping and bonding session hahaha. Then we decided to have Genki Sushi for dinner, introduced by our dear friend Zoe I think. The food is ordered through iPad(like Sakae Sushi) then a 'car' literally containing the food will zoom to your table like a train arriving at a station. Pretty cool yeah? Go try!
Beef Udon - $5.80++
Never had a good impression of Udon and didn't bother to try because the noodle's so thick but I had a strand and it was actually quite nice!
Black Pepper Chicken w/ Rice - $5.80++
I was so hungry that I skipped the Sushi choices and went straight for their rice bowls. Don't look appetizing I know haha but it's delicious ok haha.
Fried Gyoza - $3.80++

Overall I still prefer Sushi Tei or Sakae anytime because the variety at Genki is not a lot. That's it haha. I'd rather pay a little more at Sakae or Sushi Tei.
After dinner, we walked from Orchard to Cityhall. Walked so far just to eat Ben&Jerry's which is at Raffles City haha. I love B&J's!!!!
The following day which is Friday, I went out with my Eldest sis to watch 'Mortal Instruments' and we had Ajisen for lunch before the movie. Mortal Instruments was alright only.. The fighting and all was not bad but the two main leads turned out to be siblings which was quite a turnoff because I thought they will end up together!!! Hahaha.
I had the Lunch Set - Ramen + Side + Drink = $11.90. It actually depends on what kind of Ramen you choose but the price ranges from $10.90 to $15.90 I think for both the lunch and normal set meals.
Anyway thanks to my Sis haha for urging me to order Chicken Kaarage Tom Yum Ramen, I am now CONSTANTLY craving for it For the first time in my life(not kidding), I finished the whole bowl of soup!! Leaving half the noodles behind because I was too full from all the soup. The Tom Yum soup is awesome!

I hope I get to eat at Ajisen soon... But right now I am craving for Marche's Rosti and Crepes. Hmm so many cravings how to satisfy?!??
