Day 3 @ BKK

I MISS BANGKOK!!!

A month has already passed since I came back?! So fast!! Time really flies. Anyway here's Day 3 of BKK haha. It takes forever for me to do long posts like this because I am always procrastinating but I cannot just don't blog about this trip because it's something memorable for me haha so yeah.

First stop: Chinatown

In the cab. The journey was short but took a very very long time to reach because of the frequent jams in BKK! But the fare is cheap so no complains hahaha.

Streets of Chinatown.

Tried some Bird Nest!

It's really cheap according to my mum, paid S$10 for this bowl.

Here at Chinatown you will be able to buy food back! Like Cashew nuts, Dried mango, Pork floss, Cuttlefish etc...

At BKK they always sell glass bottles of drinks like this along the streets.

At Chinatown there're also lots of bags available! More than night markets and cheaper than Platinum.

Second stop: Chatuchak

After that, we headed to CHATUCHAK!!!! Been waiting for this a very long time but turned out to be disappointing... I think because the place was seriously too big and we just ended up walking the wrong corner/side of the place so we didn't buy much here. Definitely there're plenty of clothes and stuffs but you just have to shop at the correct area!

The famous COCONUT ICE-CREAM!!! I am not a huge fan of coconut seriously but this Ice-cream was just TOO GOOD. The coconut taste was not very strong and I love how refreshing it is! Goes really well with Nata De Coco so choose that for both your toppings!

If you're my friend you will know how I love KFC but I actually found a S$1.60 fried chicken in Chatuchak which taste so much more nicer and crispier than KFC?!?! Omg I really miss this...

Paella.

DJ spinning in the middle of Chatuchak HAHA.

Third stop: Siam Square

After Chatuchak we then headed to Siam Square!

GREYHOUND CAFE for dinner, must try!!!

The queue was so long we went downstairs to shop a little. Spotted this cool bike on display!

We waited for about 30-40mins before it was finally our turn. The food there is really damn delicious!! Not expensive and yummy yay.

Clam Chowder.

I prefer cream base over tomato but this Spicy Tomato spag was so so so yummy!! Taste even better than the Carbonara I ordered.

Mine :)

Look at how thin the Spaghetti is! Seldom see this kind of standard in Singapore. It's normally Al dente but 'fat' or just overcooked.

Crabmeat in Prawn sauce with roe. Another yummy dish but the Spicy Tomato was my favourite!

The two desserts we tried was normal only though.

After dinner my second sis, gene and I continued shopping at Siam night market which turned out to be the best night because the 3 of us bought lots of stuff and spent alot of money and only had just enough baht to cab back to the hotel hahaha. It's really the best night market among the rest!

* * * *

Just ended work at F1. It was seriously tiring, so glad that it's over :)
I can't walk properly now because the part above my heel hurts... Mum actually asked me out for dinner tonight(which means good food!!) but I can't go because of this argh. In need of good food to pamper myself for being so hardworking the past 3 days HAHA.
