 When I can't think of any suitable title for the entry, I would always use the day's date haha. Appropriate plus I don't have to crack my brains for an interesting title heh. Anyway Happy Fridays everyone! Though Friday is ending in less than an hour's time so hmm... Happy Weekends!!

Finally I can use my laptop again!! Nearly two weeks of not touching my laptop is HORRIBLE. Now I can start posting all the food photos again hahaha. Anyway tomorrow's Friday already, Ben & Jerry's date at night I can't wait!!

Random lunch treats from colleague two weeks ago. But I'm never accepting again. It's hard to trust people sometimes and now... I am really confuse urgh don't want to think about it anymore.

THIS PORK CHOP IS FREAKING AWESOME!!! MUST TRY!!

 I can't remember the exact stall name, it goes something like "Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice". Directly located opposite The Central and just beside a Bak Kut Teh shop. Sorry if the information is not of any help haha but this Pork chop really very very delicious must try one day if you have the chance ok hahaha.

Time really flies

It's nearly the end of May, how fast time passed! I am looking forward to Christmas already BUT not exactly too because it would mean I am turning 20 and that 2013 is over hahaha contradicting. Anyway I have been so happy with my short break(away from work and everything stressful) that I totally don't want to face reality but oh well, this is life. I can only try to love work more so it will be easier to pull through the remaining two months :)

Tons of photos are flooding my gallery already haha but it's just too troublesome to upload without my laptop (or I am just simply lazy hahaha) so next time when I get my laptop back ok! Anyway I have something to clarify about Coffee Club if not I'll feel guilty (Why does it seem like I am forever stuck at this?). Actually there is GST but it so happened that I used Credit card to pay so there's a 15% discount. End of topic and not mentioning it ever again.

 After so many people have created including my good friend I decided to try too. It seems fun and I can kill some time at work too answering questions (if there's any haha). But I won't answer questions that are rude or awkward... I think.

Mother's Day Dinner

Stay home Saturday for me today! Will be watching movies all day long.. I love Saturdays like this. Want to shop a little but I can't bear to part with my money haha so I shall wait till I get my next pay? For now I think I will just spend it on some good food :) Actually come to think of it, after I got my first pay I have been spending it on food or cakes and nothing else.  

Oh and something else... My laptop's adapter spoilt!!!! Not gonna go into details but yeah I can't use my laptop for the next few days. Will bring it to the service provider asap (Thank God there's warranty). So for now, I will just use my parent's desktop first haha so weird because I am so used to my laptop already. I won't be updating this space much too for this week.

Mother's Day dinner!!

In my Gugu's office while waiting for my Uncle to come fetch us.

We went to RELC International Hotel for celebration and oh my... The service sucks big time. Everyone agreed.

We had the Ala-carte buffet, bad decision because other tables (I think) had the standard Chinese set menu. So imagine the Chefs in the kitchen can cook everything in sequence except for ours because we are eating different food from the rest. Our food came really really late and when other tables had finished their dinner, we were only halfway through ours and STILL HUNGRY.

Scallops with garlic and vermicilli.

Though the food tasted alright, the portion was small. For example, this Salad prawn. HALF a prawn for one person hahaha.

My favourite Tofu with minced pork :)

This fried fish was super delicious!!! Craving craving but I know I probably won't get to eat it again.

One prawn per person. I am not complaining as it is logical to have small portions for Ala-carte buffet but the problem is the food came really too slow.

Clams.

Supposedly Prawn paste chicken wings but it tasted more like McDonald's mcwings hahaha. Quite yummy though I like!

The usual steam fish in a Chinese restaurant.

I don't know what's this. Something like ngor hiang but made of fish paste?

Sweet and Sour pork. Another one of the better dish that night.

Chicken or pork cutlet. Still prefer the fried fish.

Did I mention how much I love eating cakes recently? I crave for them almost everyday now haha. Major love for the Chicago cheesecake!! Promise to treat myself again after I get my next pay :)

Made a deal with Serene to visit a cafe every once a month for cakes or yummy good food. Looking forward to our next date @ EWF!

This morning at work. It's so scary yet thrilling to camwhore in the office hahaha. 

Oh! It was raining this morning and I was nearly drench while waiting for the traffic light to turn green. Suddenly this guy(late twenties I think haha) offered to share his umbrella with me and I was so moved(lol why am I so easily touched) he made my morning!! Happy to know that there're still kind-hearted Singaporeans. 

"Faith in humanity restored" - Serene goh. 

I want to go to bed now but I am waiting for my nails to dry ): Being the vain girl, I painted my nails just less than an hour before sleep knowing very well that it won't dry completely. But it's ok, tomorrow is Friday I am in an extremely good mood ^^

Anyway I almost forget about this. Remember my entry on Coffee club? I went to Raffles City outlet and the GST was absorbed. But my dear friend Serene went to the one at IMM and she PAID GST. I don't know what happened, maybe the cashier thought I was a member and gave me a discount or the outlet at Raffles City really does absorbed GST. Or simply Serene was just unlucky her cashier did not "took out" the GST haha.

At work today. 

Just look at my horrible eye bags... I am getting more and more tired everyday, lethargic and restless. It wasn't like this when I first started Intern but now, I can even doze off or nap halfway through work(secretly of course heh) so can you imagine how tired am I?? Feel bad complaining about work on the previous entry haha. I was having a really bad headache and work pretty much sucked on Monday(I spent nearly 4hrs photocopying & printing NON-STOP. I didn't even had time for breakfast) so I got kind of moody and emotional when I finally had time to myself. 

My body clock is back to normal now, I think. At around 10pm I can feel my eyes starting to close already hahaha and I still remember during hols I can only fall asleep after 2-3am. Anyway I can't wait for Friday's dinner!! My motivation for the remaining two days of work ^^

Oh Mondays

Monday Blues

I really hate the morning crowd, it's making me suffocate. 

I dislike the long hours of work on every weekday, it's starting to get boring.

 I have no one of my age to talk to except my friends on whatsapp. 

I can't stand the daily routine of photocopying, scanning, packing, chits, chits and more chits. 

Then night comes and I spent an hour traveling home, another 2-3 hours doing my own stuff and then it's time for bed. 

 Another 3 months to go...

Spare me, please.

Tried Anderson's Ice cream for the first time!! Personally feel that it's a little too pricey for an ice cream cone but once in awhile won't hurt right? Sorry for the two ugly photos below, my ice-cream was out of shape lol and I couldn't get a clear shot too for the second pic haha.

 Literally stoned and wasted the day away doing nothing but chatting with my friends and playing games on my phone. Love Fridays!
